FPYC, but in the BWCA

Every now and then FPYC goes actual camping into the actual wilderness.
Led by seasoned guides like a Gary Weseman, Brett Osborne or one Allen Keller, these are rain or shine, multi-day outings in the BWCA.

Attending campers will be hiking, canoeing, fishing, tent sleeping, and nature-seeking. Campers will be expected to carry packs and/or canoes. Parties are limited to no more than nine.

FPYC is a great staging area for these adventures as it’s only a short drive over to Ely. Camp has an assortment of equipment including canoes, canoe trailer, Duluth packs, and some camping gear.

If you have a guide and a band of adventurers, contact FPYC and see if resources are available to help make a unique wilderness trek happen.
